Have you try clean your cache in your Internet Explore in your Control Panel > Network and Internet > delete browsing history and cookies > click 'Delete' tick all to delete!
If this not fix then do reset your Internet Explore Control Panel > Network and Internet > Advanced > click the button 'Reset'!
Let us know how getting on

Shell extension added by a 3rd party program may be causing the problem.

    Download Process Explorer: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sys...ocess-explorer

The unique capabilities of Process Explorer make it useful for tracking down DLL-version problems or handle leaks, and provide insight into the way Windows and applications work.
