Is Settings, Personalization, Taskbar, Use small taskbar buttons already Off?
Thank You for fast reponse and Yes the option is OFF but it still too small to My old set of eyes, is there any other way to enlarge those icons (and the font size of the text) still a little more without enlarging the height of the bar itself?

Change w10_large_icons from 0 to 1 - OK

I have tried to right click on your title line and also on the file it opens , nowhere I see an option for "Advanced options" Therefore i cannot get to the line you show to say to change the O size for the 1 size. Please explain step by step how to do it.

Once you have it installed, you can do it like this. Start - Run - type CMD - copy/paste code - enter - restart.
