Command line error message

I am trying to install windows Server 2019 in USB,and I try to create Vdisk using command line. I have gotten error message from Diskpart Utility:Please if someone can help me I will appreciate her/him.

"Diskpart has encountered an error: The system cannot find the file specified.
See the system Event Log for more information".

Without knowing the command you typed it's impossible to say why it didn't work.

To see the correct use (with examples) in Diskpart type the command HELP CREATE VDISK

Thanks Bree, the command Series is correct,for my class professor used it and it worked properly. It is system issue.

Well, unless you post the command we won't be able to say why it didn't work for you...

the command is :
create vdisk file="C:\ProgramData\int2310.vhd" maximum=80000

Can you post a screenshot of the error? It would also help if you can find any related error(s) in the Event Viewer.

That is the screenshot for the error message.

It's saying it cannot find the path specified. You do have a C: drive? And there is a ProgramData folder on C:?

From a command prompt try the following commands to confirm that the path exists.

C:
CD \PROGRAMDATA

If the path exists the prompt should change to C:\ProgramData>

Yes,the path exists.

Open the Event Viewer and see if you can find the information that Diskpart said it put in the Event Log.

It should be in Windows Logs > System.
