All applications opened show a toolbar that l cannot see

    I'm nearly 97% there in using W10.
Whatever application l open it shows its toolbar.
The right of it is in red with the "x" to close.
The other two "minimize" and "maximize" are totally unreadable as they are totally in dark blue.
Can l change toolbars to be readable color wise?
    Regards

Hi, I think you're referring to the title bar.

    This may help:
Install Aerolite Theme in Windows 10

    note e.g.
    7
You can now choose a color you want to also have it applied to your window borders and title bars. (see screenshot below)
You can find a lot of examples of the custom themes and modifications people have made - some quite complex- in the Customisation section.

    This may be of interest:

I use a program called Aeroglass (small fee): here the mouse is over the middle restore down button which is highlighted.

Went into settings, Personalization, and was just having a mess around.
Do NOT ask me what l have done in W10, but have somewhat changed all my title bars to this "seafoam" colour?
My desktop is now the standard blue colour background, but every application l now open has the title bar in this seafoam colour and l can now read all of it!
Blimey, W10 is a steep learning curve from W7 in the way things are done, but am getting there slowly but surely.
Do l regret the upgrade..... No, best thing ever.
    Thanks for your help Dalchina.
Am now up to 98% so wait until my next post (ha ha).
