Windows 10 home 1909 fully up to date.
I often find that the taskbar switches from the top of my dual monitor display (desktop PC) to the bottom on both displays even though I have the taskbars locked and setup correctly in settings. Anyone else having this problem? And is there a solution to stop this happening?

If you are having issues the built in Windows tools with your dual monitor setup There is a paid 3rd party program that does a great job of settings for dual monitors called Display Fusion
Thanks for the input spunk, but I don't have a problem with the dual display in Windows 10, I have been using this configuration since the birth of Windows 10 without problems. But recently the above mentioned problem with the taskbar has occurred, also some taskbar icons fail to load at startup, even though they are set to load in settings?
My point is, if you are having problems with the taskbar in a 2 monitor setup, Display Fusion can fix that.
If you are having issues with the taskbar only on one screen, then there is something else wrong.
Press the Windows key+X and choose Powershell (admin) here, copy and paste this or type it exactly
DISM /Online /CLEANUP-IMAGE /CheckHealth and press enter followed by
DISM /Online /CLEANUP-IMAGE /RestoreHealth and press Enter
after that is done, type
SFC /scannow and press enter
Did some further digging on the Web, and it appears that this problem is documented and is seen to be a Microsoft Bug in Windows 10 on some systems, so I hope it is fixed soon. Thank you for your help, my system is running without any problems whatsoever apart from this taskbar Bug.
