Damn! Let's make sure those keys were deleted. What numbers come back from this?

OK, the keys got deleted. The Explorer restart should have cleared things, but try signing out & back in.

Can I make a .reg file with notepad++ ? I tried it it won't work...some setting in notepad++ maybe?

YOu should be able to. Just tested here & works fine.

Ok it took. I rebooted the PC went to This PC and in the file list opened Downloads and it's still grouped. Shall I change it to what I want and see if it'll stick the 1st time now?

God, I wish I could get at your computer! Yes, try to set the view again & use Apply to FOlders​.

I did that and for now it seems to be working and it didn't make me do it 2X! I do have Teamviewer, just downloaded it to help a friend with his junk, but not installed yet.
