    Event ID 455 and 490


    So a few weeks ago I had to do a repair install of my Windows 1809 due to some complications but now I notice I get these errors upon boot/reboot. Anyway to fix it?

    svchost (228,R,98) Error -1032 (0xfffffbf8) occurred while opening logfile C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\SmsRouter\MessageStore\edb.log.

    svchost (8868,R,98) An attempt to open the file "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\SmsRouter\MessageStore\edb.log" for read / write access failed with system error 5 (0x00000005): "Access is denied. ". The open file operation will fail with error -1032 (0xfffffbf8).
