Windows 10 Ver.1909 64bit.In my OneDrive folder there is a section calles "Personal Vault".I have some screen shots which have been put there but I`m being asked for a CODE to open it.Where and how do I get the code from?
Does the screen asking for the code not tell you where to obtain the code? Do you have 2-factor authentication enabled where you need to obtain a code from your authentication app on your phone?
Thanks for the reply,the screen justs asks me to insert the code,I don`t have a phone with that app on.
I am unable to post a screen shot because my screen shots have been placed in this personal vault so
I can`t retrieve them until I can open it.

You get the code from the verification method you selected like in step 7 below. The available verification methods will depend on what you added to your Microsoft account security settings.
