    Removed apps.HTML Win 10

What is this. This icon appeared on my desk top a while back. When I click it, it opens and shows a list of deleted programs. At first I was like OK. My system just required reinstalling Windows a couple months ago so I forgot a bout it. Tonight I went looking for Turbo Tax 2018 and sure enough it was in Removed apps. . WTF where did this app come from? Can I get rid of it? Can I get my programs out of it? Help...........

When you reinstalled Windows you must have Reset or Refreshed Windows....

    Refresh Windows 10

This lets you keep your files, but will remove all installed apps or drivers that did not come as part of Windows. The Removed apps.HTML is a list of all the software that was removed as part of the refresh, it's there so that you know what needs to be reinstalled. I'm afraid the only way to get your Turbo Tax 2018 back now is to reinstall it.

Removed apps.HTML does not delete anything. It was created when you refreshed Windows a few months ago and is a list of what was deleted back then.

You should read through it so that you can reinstall anything that you would miss not having, then feel free to delete Removed apps.HTML.
