    Class not registered response

When clicking the icon for Free File Viewer I get the ''Class not registered'' popup. Following advice I get to Component Services --- My computer but then no further to something which makes sense. What should I do? There is so much advice, including on this site, I do not know where to start.

Coud you provide some background to this please?
    a. the URL for this program- where did you download it from?
    b. was it working previously, and now not?
    c. or have you just installed it and this is what is happening?
    d. Have you tried reinstalling it?

    Thanks.

I have used the program for a few years to open files / programs. I expect the url came from the Developers site, which I was able to get back to again, so I tried reinstall but the result is the same. At the moment the page says 'not available'.

    Is it this one?
PDF, DOC, DOCX, DAT, BIN, PHP Viewer - FreeFileViewer
    - nothing useful seems to happen if I click either download link.- a blank page.

    Then there's this one:
File Viewer Lite for Windows - View over 150 File Types on Your Windows PC

    A list of possible alternatives:
8 Best file viewer for windows 10

This page mentions Universal Viewer, and then that links to Free File Viewer and a related prog aren't working
3 Programs to View Almost Any Types of Files • Raymond.CC

Seems Free File Viewer is obsolete/withdrawn. You might wish to look into using an alternative.

It may just be that there is a fault or Maintenance in progress for the download page, I can confirm @dalchina is correct in this ... I would suggest that you wait a day or two if possible, HTTP ERROR 500, which I get, is a general "Something is wrong, but we're not quite sure what's wrong" type of error.

It could also suggest that your error on your local application install may be related to the same fault, it's normal these days for local applications to "Phone Home" occasionally to check for updates, or when there is an issue with one of the functions in use.

The site has a contact us option, where you could report the issue directly to the developers, which may speed things up, or at least tell you you need to look for an alternative Bitberry Software - producer of premium free software and ZIP compression software

Free Viewer screenshot and download at SnapFiles.com
    is available.

Notable that Free File Viewer does not seem available on several popular download sites- if it's mentioned, the link points back to the problem home site.
