    Music folders have white borders....

Windows 10 Pro 1909 upgraded from 7 Pro
I was wondering does anybody have an answer or fix for the issue I have with tons of my music folders having a white border after the upgrade
It is only with the ones that seem to have a "hidden" folder
    Screenshot included
    thanks

I looked at my music folders, and I have a lot as I have a recording studio, and none have the border like yours. I have folders with .wav files, some with mp3 files, some with both .wav and mp3 and some even with sub folders and some with pictures in the folders.

I don't see any borders in the screenshots! All I see is white!

how they are supposed to look....in windows 7 all were this way
now if the word "folder" is "hidden" in the sub folder it has "borders"
