    Do I permanently delete or recover pqservice?

    I bought an acer A114-31 that had installed windows 10 pro s (64 bit) and immediately I switched to windows 10 pro (64 bit).
    Unfortunately I clicked on the wrong link for microsoft store and windows is now nonfunctional. I installed it again
    windows 10 pro s, I switched back to windows 10 pro, for nothing ... I upgraded to windows 10 pro, for nothing ...
    I took the laptop to the service 4 times (some idiots) they installed like me windows 10 pro s, windows 10 pro , nothing ...
    Because I haven't had an acer laptop so far, I didn't know that it has a hidden partition and the D2D function
    recovery. However, the service partition was deleted. My dilemma is that I do not know what is best to do !!! I understand
    that I could recover pqserice with Mandriva (is there another possibility?). I did several clean installs of windows,
    I deleted all partitions, but for nothing ... I scanned with farbar recovery tool and noticed that the size of the partitions (they are not deleted!) was changed, and disk ID was deleted:
    ==================== Drives ============================= ===
    Drive c: () (Fixed) (Total: 57.61 GB) (Free: 32.57 GB) NTFS
    \\? \ Volume {a57c6e5b-c9ea-4255-91b8-243a8e95b5b0} \ (Recovery) (Fixed) (Total: 0.52 GB) (Free: 0.09 GB) NTFS
    \\? \ Volume {699e9983-2873-4ae1-9088-9f8bb4012c1d} \ () (Fixed) (Total: 0.09 GB) (Free: 0.07 GB) FAT32
    ==================== MBR & Partition Table ====================
    ================================================== ========
    Disk: 0 (Protective MBR) (Size: 58.2 GB) (Disk ID: 00000000); Partition: GPT

    I do not know how to delete or modify Disk: 0 (Protective MBR) and if the former Disk ID will be recovered.
    I know the laptop has two product keys, one for windows 10 pro s and one for windows 10 pro. If I manage to recover the pqservice, and install windows 10 pro s must the D2D function be enabed or disabled? If I do not recover the pqservice and install windows 10 pro, I suspect the D2D recovery function must be disabled, but I don't know how to modify or delete Protective MBR ? Can anyone help me ??? My windows is 10 pro version 1909.

    Welcome to the forum. The pqservice is a backup program for creating images. Leave the drive alone there is no point in getting old partition back as factory reset it be old version and would require thousands of updates. You windows will be registered with ms so you can download the latest version free at anytime and reinstall
