Just upgraded to Win 10 from 8.1

Ok, all I bit the bullet last night and ran the upgrade from the downloaded created Winodows 10 Pro 64 bit USB Media. I started from within window 8.1 right clicking the Setup.exe and running a administrator. All went well it seems to have taken quite awhile about 40 minutes or so. I should add here that I use Classic Shell and upgraded to the latest version after the upgrade. I forgot to upgrade it before ver 4.3.2
My first impression this is going to be not so bad. It seem Edge is pretty useless in it current state seem to be an App rather than a full browser? No add ins. So for Edge I'll watch the news forum for the release of the full edge Browser Mean time IE 11 seems to work just fine so far.
I had gadgets in vista win7 and win 8.1 I had to reinstall the 8 gadget pack. All gadgets are working somewhat. I can't seem to get PC Meter to work? That little program allowed me to see CPU and GPU Temps real time I guess the people over at Add Gadget will sort this out in good time.
All software seems to be working Office 2013 Pro Plus had to run a short install of some sort each application seems to run this as there opened up. Activation are good no issues so far.
Adobe Acrobat 9,5 Pro seems to be working and activated still. The full CS2 Adobe seems to still function and stayed activated.
Quicken 2014 deluxe seems to be functioning.
This particular computer is the one I try stuff out on and I had just put a fresh install of windows 8.1 Pro so I probably won't clean install for a while. I'll see how stable it stays as an upgrade. So Far with the exception of Edge

You're doing the right thing... although I didn't have the patience to wait!

Once my computers were all activated after the upgrade, I clean installed all of them!

But, so far, like you, despite a few teething troubles, I haven't had any regrets.

Really, Windows 10 could be called Windows 8.2.
Apart from all the browser gunk and Cortana junk (which I deleted or hid away as best I could) it's just a different color!
