Way to re-create the Recovery Partition?

I recently used a Windows system image to migrate my OS installation to a larger SSD, and the issue arises where the new disk's primary partition is the same size as the smaller disk and cannot be extended due the presence of the recovery partition.

In my attempts to increase the data partition size using GParted, I compromised the recovery partition (it wasn't outright broken, just most of the recovery options had disappeared). In any case, a Repair Install of Windows as you suggested was a fairly trivial solution, and has worked a treat. Next time I won't bother messing about with GParted - I think I'll just delete the recovery partition, extend the primary data partition, then perform a Repair Install. Much less hassle!
