Hi, I can't see any intel hardware in nfo file, however you can use intel tools to identify if there anything needed by intel:
Tools and Utilities
you are interested in "Intel® System Identification Utility" in above link
I would recommend to create a restore point so that if something goes wrong you can restore system back:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...-restore-point
the missing items in autoruns can be leaved in peace, these do not affect system I guess, probably exist only in registry, so unchecking them should not cause issues..
but since you have a restore point (2nd link), you have no fear, however installation disc. is needed for restore in case of unbootable system.
the intel GPIO driver, not really sure for what is this used, but to disable anything you only need to uncheck an item, to prevent it affecting boot time.
deleting means permanently deleting from system, unchecking means just disabling, so you can check again to restore.
Please note that all this are just suggestions, the real cause could be anything, it could be in windows system something, this would be harder to investigate I guess.
Few more advices:
open up nfo file, there under "system drivers" and "services" you can get description and file name of individual drivers and services, and their status.
