Hi again thanks for keeping up with me !
Should I get "rid" of this driver mentioned above? Also, I have found several items marked in Yellow, that say : File not found. Should I get rid of these as well?

Also, what is the proper way to delete these, is it Right click, then Delete? or do I just need to Disable them or something else?

EDIT: AHA, I also found something about ASUS, AsIO, apparentlyt the software I tried to uninstall is still lurking around, should I just uncheck the box beside or delete the service?
Hi, I can't see any intel hardware in nfo file, however you can use intel tools to identify if there anything needed by intel:
    Tools and Utilities

you are interested in "Intel® System Identification Utility" in above link

I would recommend to create a restore point so that if something goes wrong you can restore system back:
    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...-restore-point

the missing items in autoruns can be leaved in peace, these do not affect system I guess, probably exist only in registry, so unchecking them should not cause issues..
but since you have a restore point (2nd link), you have no fear, however installation disc. is needed for restore in case of unbootable system.

the intel GPIO driver, not really sure for what is this used, but to disable anything you only need to uncheck an item, to prevent it affecting boot time.
deleting means permanently deleting from system, unchecking means just disabling, so you can check again to restore.

Please note that all this are just suggestions, the real cause could be anything, it could be in windows system something, this would be harder to investigate I guess.

    Few more advices:
open up nfo file, there under "system drivers" and "services" you can get description and file name of individual drivers and services, and their status.

Now I remembered that I used to have a problem similar to yours, I thought it was one of the hard drives, but it ended up being one of the lines from the PSU. See if connecting the hds to a different line in the PSU changes anything.
I have had this issue with a PSU too.....it's worth looking in to.

    Run---sfc /scannow--- three times.
    Then run ---dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
this should fix any corrupt files.
check Reliability History for any relevant entries.

I think I nailed down the issue to a card reader I have on my PC that has a USB 2.0 port, as soon as I unplugged my corsair mouse from it, the PC showed me a bunch of USB drives that previously were not listed on the My PC section, and the PC now boots fast when I don't have anything plugged in that USB 2,0 port , if I plug something in I can replicate the issue so I think it is the card reader, it was weird how all the USB drive letters were previously hidden until I did that though, anyone have any idea what could have been happening? I attached an image for you to see what I mean when new drives appeared on my PC folder, its the E:, F:, G; and H: drive that were not previously listed until I unpluged the mouse and tried to boot the PC without anything plugged in 2.0 card reader slot.

I think you have got it!!! For some reason card readers can be iffy, I am currently having an issue with mine if I put in any sd or CF card, Windows explorer will not respond intermittently. Annoying.

Maybe the internal USB connection has worked its way loose. This can happen, even to motherboard screws, so anything inside is game.

    Anyway, congrats!
