Okay, they got error with swapped PSU, swapped graphics card, they tested ( I hope for a long time) the memory.
You could drive different storage drive on a prayer.
That leaves you with a faulty MB or CPU. Not sure what is easier or worthwhile to swap.
Again I say this with the understanding that it was clean installed and they did all the testing they said they did.
So if you paid for this service what did they say issue is?
when I got this pc from my friend it worked perfectly I could play every game no problem and then one day the crashes and rebooting started happening so one day I did a clean install but it didn’t work then I didn’t it again few weeks later still the problem then I brought it to the same store 2 times they said it was dirty and it still doesn’t work after all of the testing and stuff
Okay, so it was dirty and they cleaned.
Then they tested a bunch of stuff.
Did they not say what they thought was wrong?
They said because it was dirty it crashed but that’s not true even when they cleaned it I still had the issue
Well then I recommend you take it to a more qualified shop.
You said they swapped PSU and it died, you said they swapped Video card and it died. They must have known this is not a cleaning issue.
Dirt ( Aka dust ) will cause crashing because of heat. You blow out dust, you bundle wiring and you ensure all fans are working.
Did they ever reapply thermal paste?
Don't take this the wrong way, we have to ask.
Is all the software and games properly licensed, no crack codes, no software bypasses? If you post on BSOD section they will detect immediately.
Very strange that shop would do all that testing and not tell you what they thought is wrong.
Nope I only once downloaded a game illegally but after that I did the windows reinstall plus I had the issue before I had the game as well
Cool.
Well if you don't feel comfortable tearing into things I would find a qualified repair shop and get them to provide their best thought on what is making this happen. I say qualified as they shouldn't hand you back a machine that doesn't work without a recommendation to make it work.
Games place load on the system and this drive components and produces heat. Usually if you clean, properly, and ensure air flow is sufficient your device should go back to operating fine.
If over heating continues you address thermal paste. You said they swapped video card so that leaves CPU.
