It comes and goes. It can go for days fine and then happen a few times in a row.
It just freezes for a long time, maybe nearly one minute, I dont use a mouse, just touchpad, and I start touching the keyboard and eventually will work again but it's very annoying and unpredictable.
I looked for solutions and found the classic reinstall driver etc, not working.

Is your laptop getting good ventilation? When was it last cleaned inside?

Note: If the CPU is busy, it will ignore the mouse and other peripherals, that carry a low priority.
Minimize the programs, services, etc., that are running on your laptop.
As a computer tech, I could fix that for you if I had the laptop here. There are a whole bunch of tweaks and fixes that could greatly improve the performance of your (or anyone's) laptop.
