Problem with system tray icons sticking?

I have several items in my system tray (Windows 10, version 1909).

But 3 of these "start with Window's" programs will not load on startup?

I have enabled them in "settings/personalisation/taskbar/select which icons appear on the taskbar", but they do not load even though they are set to start with Windows?

Anyone know what I am missing please?

Interesting so thanks for that, but no help for me I'm afraid. I need to find out what is stopping 3 programs (WordWeb, Steam and Desktop Calendar Lite) from loading at Startup?

To bad it wasn't that easy
Ok it wasn't easy for me, it too 3 to 4 hours to find out what happened

Only other thing I can think of is check if they use a task in task manager and maybe got turned off there.

An example of one I turned off myself:

    Is the problem
1 The programs are not running,
    or,
2 The program icons are not appearing in the System tray [the "Notification area"]?

The programs are not running? I have to start them manually once Windows has loaded.
PS: The programs are set to run at startup from within the programs and set to show in the system tray?
