    Command Line

Is there a command line entry that will help check and repair drivers, and .dll's files.
Or a way to have W10 (1909) repair/replace Only whats corrupt or missing?

Various repair options, which achieve different things:

From an admin command or Powershell prompt run
    SFC /SCANNOW

Then see the tool in post #2 here:
Windows 10 Recovery Tools - Bootable Rescue Disk

Then there's an in-place upgrade repair install for which you at least need an iso of the installed build or a bootable disk thereof. (Tutorial available). This keeps all progs and data and most settings.

Naturally those are for Windows, not installed programs.

You may also, if you have problems, need to check your disk (physical health) and file system integrity.
E.g. HD Tune (free); chkdsk from a command line prompt.

sfc /scannow will do a lot what exactly are you trying to fix?

SFC isn't going to do much to repair bad .dlls and drivers, not it's function. It does a System File Check on the Component Store and repairs if it can.

In-place repair with the appropriate ISO will. Maybe not all the drivers.

When the computer starts up... Very early in the post up sequence there is a flash of something starting... Just like 1/4 of a second.. and then it's replaced with the normal home screen...
But this computer isn't running the way it should be.
Sfc /scannow has just finished and it found nothing.

no examples guy...its a window that flashes on and then off for about just a 1/4 of a second...
I'm pretty sure file associations are all messed up because nothing open up, it always asks what do I want to open ohhh like even a ,jpg file...it doesn't have a file associated with it...
I Know its a picture file and I gave it what it needed to open that but it cant work with anything....

I'm thinking maybe use the correct W10 .iso, I'm sure its downloadable. don't know where to get a Trustworthy download though....

Microsoft says they have one....we'll see...

Restore Default File Type Associations in Windows 10

    - your comment about associations.

Don't forget to check your disk and file system first before any major repair- and tenforums members tirelessly recommend the routine use of disk imaging (Macrium reflect -free-paid) and before any major change.
