Suddenly getting "Battery Very Low" messages on Desktop

My office desktop workstation (upgraded from Win7 -> Win10 ~3 weeks ago) is suddenly getting "Your Battery Is Very Low" pop-up messages, which just started today. It's happened multiple times today. I have the machine plugged into a Tripp-Lite UPS, which is also connected via USB and reports that it's at 100%. So why am I getting this message, and why did it just start happening today? Is there any way to turn off battery messages?

I already tried going to Device Manager > Batteries > HID UPS Battery and updating the driver, but it says I'm already using the best driver.

wow talk about a clunky fix. A script that has to run at both startup and shut down? This is an office workstation so the machine stays on 24/7, although I log in/out every morning/evening. Is there not a way to just make my Windows installation stop giving battery warning messages? They're obviously wrong as the UPS battery is totally fine.

Open a command box and run as administrator,if possible in your situation.
Type in powercfg /help then go through the various switches and see if one suits your problem.
I don't have a ups so am not familiar with some of them.

I went to Advanced Power Settings, and under Battery I changed all the Alerts and Actions to "None" when the machine is plugged in. We'll see if that helps.
