Suddenly no numbers - only characters

Windows 10 Pro 1909 (Brazilian Portuguese version)

Today morning it was working fine. After a shutdown there is no numbers, only characters.
Does someone has any idea what is going on?

The computer had Open Shell installed. The user did uninstall and then ran Revo uninstaller.
I'm going to restore a C: partition image I have made. I'll report back with the results.

Could this have happened with a new update?

Could be. The last installed to be uninstall is a Win update.

Problem solved with a partition image restore.
It was something on \users that was corrupted.

I saw this problem before somewhere but I don't remember how it was solved. Maybe with sfc /scannow

sfc /scannow returned with no errors. It wasn't a OS but something on the users profile
