I know that I can make a slide show in my window 10 but I would like to put the pictures I have on to a DVD. Is there something I can purchase or to download to my window 10 to accomplish this?

Do you wish simply to burn image files to a DVD as a data disk?

Do you want the pictures on the DVD as simple storage/archive for the destination computers or to be run as a Slide Show? Maybe PowerPoint, LibreOffice Impress or similar program would would work.
