Automatic repair at boot after completing hardware diagnostics

On this notebook the HP hardware diagnostics extensive test was ran yesterday and took approximately 11 hours.
It passed the extensive testing (RAM, Drive, motherboard,GPU, CPU, etc.)

Today when the notebook was powered on it went into automatic repair.
Windows recovery on the computer was opened and I was not able to find the srttrail.txt report from today.

This notebook had not been using regularly and it does not have a backup image.

The operating system is Windows 10 1909

Chkdsk /r /v was ran and it found no drive file system problems.

Currently the computer is booted using Kyhi boot rescue.

Also attached to the computer are Windows 10 iso 1909 flash drive and HP hardware diagnostic flash drive.

This was diskpart output using Kyhi boot rescue:

What troubleshooting is available to find the cause and fix the boot failure?

That may be a fluke when running Kyhi boot rescue as this is disk management:

All the removable drive have active bootable paritions you need too remove al them for now as that can confuse the issue. If it doesnt recover then down the latest ISO and boot from that and try repair it will often repair from the iso as windows isnt running

    whats worrying is
    DISKPART> lis dis

Disk ### Status Size Free Dyn Gpt
    -------- ------------- ------- ------- --- ---
    Disk 0 Online 698 GB 0 B
    Disk 1 Online 29 GB 0 B
    Disk 2 Online 58 GB 0 B
    Disk 3 Online 115 GB 0 B

Saying all the disk are full have you checked that?

Why does it worry you ??? What it meant is there's no unallocated space available on the disk, not on the partition.

Boot up KYHI Rescue disk. Open admin command prompt then type:
    echo list volume | diskpart
You'll get a list of drive letters. Identify which letter is assigned to:System Reserved and which letter assigned to: Windows

As I see in post #1. System Reserved was assigned to C: and Windows was assigned to G:
Make sure they stay the same, if so:

Type: bcdboot G:\Windows /s C: /f BIOS ===> This will rebuild the BCD.

    Don't use all the commands:bootrec /fixmbr, bootrec /fixboot etc....

NOTE: You can also use Macrium Rescue disk to rebuild the BCD.

It no longer can boot using Kyhi boot rescue as it displays: Recovery
Your PC / Device needs to be repaired.
There isn't enough memory available to create a ramdisk device.
    Error code: 0xc0000017
You'll need to use recovery tools. If you don't have any installation media (like a disc or USB device), contact your PC administrator or PC/device manufacturer.

It can boot to a Windows 10 iso.

There were three external flash drives and a DVD when the disk management had been posted. They were all removed or detached. Only the bootable windows 10 iso was used startng with post #7.

Currently it booted to preparing automatic repair > diagnosing your PC > Windows RE > advanced options >
(these are the available options: startup repair, startup settings, command prompt, uninstall updates, system restore, and system image recovery)

Safe mode, safe mode with networking, and safe mode with command prompt all open preparing automatic repair then diagnosing your PC to advanced options.

The Windows RE on the PC opened to command prompt.

This is the windows RE command prompt with no attached flash drives and an empty optical drive:
