Automatic repair at boot after completing hardware diagnostics

    If you have backups of System registry hive you can restore it if you don't have a backup then you will need to clean install Windows 10.

    Currently clicked on the oldest system restore point > restoring files with moving green bar




    The system restore completed successfully.
    The system has been restored to 12/13/2019 5:39:2 PM.
    Your documents have not been affected.





    Thank you all that helped with the troubleshooting.
    The drive had passed the HP hardware diagnostics as it has not yet failed.
    SMART is displaying reallocated sectors.
    Will look at options to replace the HD with a SSD.
