There are differences in your GUI- options along the top for example.
To check whether it's your user profile - in which case an in-place upgrade repair will not help-
Please create a new uer for test purposes, log in as that user, try a search-based calculation and report the result.
Also noted your edition is
Windows 10 pro N is just windows 10 Pro without Windows Media Player and related technologies pre-installed including Music, Video, Voice Recorder and Skype. ... Windows 10 Pro N is for customers in Europe and lacks media related technologies.
I think Pro and Pro N differ mostly in features not allowed due to licensing laws in different countries. A friend of mine runs the N version here in the USA which helps her with space requirements and not needing some of those features.

Press windows key + S, type Louvre (return)
- or in the taskbar search bar type Louvre (return)
Post a screenshot of what you see.
I see this:
I.e. please demonstrate you can do a web search from that prompt, and it is not disabled.
The calculation function requires web access.
Have you ever disabled internet search from here- some people do...
Otherwise please proceed with an in-place upgrade repair install.
Searchui.exe is the Cortana interface. The process is shown as suspended if 'Hey cortana' is disabled, otherwise runs.
My guess is at some stage you've used some means to disable these features.

However if you have group policies or their registry equivalent or perhaps certain modifications in place, this may not help. All you can do is try.please proceed with an in-place upgrade repair install.
This seems to match your situation closely: solution is as recommended above.
Windows 10 search not working - SearchUI.exe missing - Super User
