    Hi Bill.

Think you are on one of the best sites.

Brink's tutorials are among the best. To augment that you can ask questions in the general support section.

    Windows 10 Tutorial Index

You will notice at the bottom of each tutorial there are links to related tutorials. So start on one and just keep going.

When I need something I use Google to search. I type

Tenforums.com tutorial xxxxx where xxxx is the topic. The tenforums.com at the start of the search causes it to search this site.

I recommend just reading through this site on topics you might have a question on and even posting your own questions (after searching first, of course).
I also recommend the "Missing Manual" series of books: Windows 10 May 2019 Update: The Missing Manual: The Book That Should Have Been in the Box by David Pogue, Paperback | Barnes & Noble(R)

Make a habit of pulling down menus and looking at the available choices. Repeatedly. It's harmless, but repetition will over time pay off as your memory begins to take hold.

I'd particularly explore the "settings" area.
