Can someone help me with these black bars?

    Windows 10
Hello, any idea about these? They appear in random softs and my work is a lot harder. It simply appears in random windows, over random icons and drop-down menus. Any ideas on how to fix this? My drivers and windows updates all are fine, also is not something related to the Dark Theme of the PC. Thank you

    Eduard,

Personally, I'd go to the OEM to check for any Bios updates and to get a new copy of the latest display driver [even if it is the same version as the existing one].
    - Install any Bios update so the hardware can talk to the software fluently.
    - Install / reinstall the display driver in case the existing one has become corrupted.

I cannot claim that these steps will fix your problem - there are no definitive diagnostic symptoms for either of these steps being needed. So you might only achieve eliminating these items as potential causes.

    Best of luck,
    Denis

    Try resetting your graphics driver---win+ctrl+shift+B.
Are there any yellow exclamation marks in Device manager?
    Run --sfc /scannow at least twice,then run----dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth---
In the search box, type in ---dxdiag---and check the pages for any entries.Note down the driver version given and use it to obtain a fresh version,or later, from the maker's site ONLY.Use Display Driver Uninstaller,in Safe Mode,to replace the driver.
Also look through Reliability History and see if there are any relevant entries.
