A recently serviced boot binary is corrupt.

These startup repairs were performed after Windows upgrades on 12/6 and 12/29.
It was part of troubleshooting a black screen after Windows upgrade.
The first time the featured upgrade was uninstalled.
There was only black screeen after each upgrade which was fixed by rollback.
So unable to upgrade with clean boot, updating all drivers and BIOS, and disabling both GPU drivers.
Something is causing the black screen and I'm wondering what is the significance of the startup repair srttrail.txt results?

What is the meaning of these:

    a) boot binary
    b) LCU
    c) error code 0x825

It won't let me uninstall any updates using Windows advanced troubleshooting uninstall updates.

One update appears without a KB# depending on which command is used:

    Code:
    Hotfix(s): 7 Hotfix(s) Installed.
                               [01]: KB4515871

Have you tried uninstalling the latest update from Windows Recovery Environment?

Latest version of Windows Installation Media have a option to uninstall latest installed updated.

You can also use Dism command from Windows Recovery Environment.

Uninstall last installed and pending Windows updates offline using Dism command,

Please boot your computer with Windows Installation Media and from Windows Recovery Environment start the Command Prompt.

Displays information about all packages that are installed by executing below command.

    Code:
    Dism /image:C:\ /Get-Packages
Found all Windows updates which you can identify by there KB number and take note of the Package Identity entry update (Package) name you want to uninstall. Also take note of the installation date of the update you want to uninstall.

For example execute following command to uninstall the KB4053577 update:

    Code:
    dism /image:C:\ /Remove-Package /PackageName:Package_for_KB4053577~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.1.0

Some of the above was done with the computer's Windows advanced troubleshooting menu.

    Code:
    Package Identity : Package_for_KB4524569~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~18362.471.1.1
    State : Installed
    Release Type : Security Update
    Install Time : 12/29/2019 4:58 AM

    Package Identity : Package_for_RollupFix~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~18362.418.1.9
    State : Installed
    Release Type : Update
    Install Time : 12/29/2019 7:30 AM

The second package must be 7389 by the results in the earlier post.

If the packages are not uninstalled in sequence won't that interfere with un-installation?

    Would you use:

    dism /image:C:\ /Remove-Package /PackageName:Package_for_KB4517389~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~18362.418.1.9

or could there be unexpected problems with it only displaying: (no KB#)

No updates can be uninstall any order you want.

What kind of error message do you get when you try to uninstall a update?

It was from using the windows advanced troubleshooting menu uninstall updates.

    There were two choices:

    quality update
    featured update

For the dism command would you manually insert the KB# even though it displayed:

    Package_for_RollupFix~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~18362.418.1.9

In contrast the other displayed the KB#:
    Package_for_KB4524569~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~18362.471.1.1

Would the proper command have rollupfix or kb#?

It's unclear whether this is related or unrelated to:

    corrupted binary

Any idea what this refers to?

No i wouldn't change the package image name.

Manually restore each folders and files stored in Windows.old and $Windows.~bt folders to there original location and delete the once already at that location, for example restore Windows folder that is stored in Windows.old folder to C: partition and delete the Windows folder already at C: partition this has to be done while Windows is offline.
