    Resize window

So I can maximize this program, or I can snap it to one side, the other or even snap it to 1/4 of the screen however as soon as it's pulled out of snap it goes back to just barely visible like the pic shows. where you can just see the 3 buttons on the top right of any window for minimize maximize and close. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Does this happens with other programs?

    Try this, please:

Click the app to make it active. Press ALT + SPACEBAR simultaneously and then let go. Tap the letter "S" and release. Now, press the arrow keys. Using arrow keys (Up, down, left, right) should resize the app. When done, press the "ESC" key.

Did it resize properly using the keyboard?

Next up, did this app ever resize properly? If so, what changes took place just prior to this problem showing up, if you can recall any?

What is the name of the app with the difficulties? Is it that LogMeIn that I see an icon for?

Hold down left mouse button on any edge or corner. Drag it around.
