I used to make use of this nice feature for a long time, but recently I noticed it didn't work. I have no idea when it stopped working, but I'm curious if anyone else has the same problem, in which case it could be a bug.
I am on version 1909.
This feature has changed location (not sure since what version...)

Turn On or Off Use Different Keyboard Layout for each App Window
Start Settings, and type Advance keyboard - then select it.
Look down at Let me choose different input method for each window and select it

Of course I have it turned on, and have had ever since.
The problem is it doesn't work.
I guess it must be working for everyone else, which is weird, because I tried a default installation in a VM and it's broken there as well.
Looks like this doesn't work for me either on 19041.
It might be that just not that many people make use of this feature, or can anyone confirm that it works for them?
Oh, so I wasn't seeing things after all.
If anyone else can confirm this, it should be reported.
