Boot to the Windows 10 iso > troubleshooting menu > command prompt > type:

    bcedit | find "osdevice"
(make note of the partition drive letter)

    DISM /image:X:\ /cleanup-image /revertpendingactions
(replace X with the drive letter for the partition)

    reboot

    1) Power on the computer and power off when you see the Microsoft icon
    2) immediately repeat the power on and off when you see the Microsoft icon
    3) power on the third time and allow it to open the Windows advanced troubleshooting menu on the computer
    4) view the troubleshooting options for rollback > select featured update

    Using the iso type:
    Dism /Image:\ /Get-Packages
    Dism /Image:C:\ /Get-Packages
    Dism /Image:M:\ /Get-Packages

(change the letter D or C or M to the partition drive letter displayed in the find osdevice result

Find the package(s) that were just installed by date.
Run the following command on the last installed package:
    example: dism.exe /image:d:\ /remove-package /packagename:Package_for_KB4014329~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.1.0
    Reboot.
