Font Corrupted

I have a pdf drawing file and there is a font that is showing up as all squares. this happens in Adobe Acrobat, Blue Beam, Edge, Chrome. It is on three machines. The file is in my dropbox and when I go to view the file on dropbox it opens it up in chrome and the file displays properly. I assume Dropbox pulls the fonts differently when viewing it locally. I tried sfc /scannow and no luck.

If I select the text that are squares and I can paste it in a text file and it displays the correct text

I tried the bat file form TenForums on fixing the font cache and that did not work.

Any ideas?
