Odd Issue....Multiple Log In Accounts on One Machine

I have 5 Windows 10 machines at home. They're all under my microsoft account...same password to sign in and I'm the only one who uses them. But I have one that has a second account. Same name (mine) but my password doesn't work. I show that I'm the only account.administrator on the machine.

Any idea what's going on or how I can delete this second profile?

If on that machine and logged in with administrative rights you should be able to, in Settings, Accounts, delete that second user. If the computers are Networked that one may have tried to sync with another.

Well, when I go into Settings -> Accounts, there's only one account/user showing (the administrator...the one with my Snoopy avatar, which is the one I sign into)

This computer is on it's own VLAN by itself, so it doesn't have access to any other computers.

    Any other ideas?

Press the Windows key+R and in the Run box type Lusrmgr.msc and press enter. Click on the Users folder in the Center panel. This will list all of the accounts on the computer. If there is a duplicate of your User account you can delete it here.

Here's what that shows. I'm only showing one user that is me. Unless, I'm the administrator and the me is the second account?

Those look pretty much normal. I have 5 in my Users Folder but 2 are logins and the other 3 are defaults done by Windows.

Here's the fix that usually works:

Win + R key to open the run dialog box.
Enter netplwiz in the box to run it.
Uncheck the box for "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer".
    Click apply.
On the next Automatic Login window that appears, click cancel.
    Click apply again.
    Click OK.

That did it! Thank you, sir!

Interestingly though, my "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer" box was already unchecked. I went ahead and checked it and saved it, then went through to uncheck and it worked.
