Same as the subject in question.
Does anybody know or have a home user Windows 10 Pro, that doesnt have the 'Retail Demo Service' service in Computer management?

    Hello,

It still works for me using the method in the tutorial below.

Why would you want it? This is meant for retail store staff in order to demonstrate Windows 10 to customers. Every bit of information you will find tells you NOT to enable this because all your personal files will be erased from your PC and it will be restored to its factory default settings.

So some retailer could use retail mode (if wanted) if selling a used PC while on display.

Big problem in selling those display models is the person who set them up may no longer be there and the password is not available [for whatever reason]. I once got a $299 11" Notebook for $137 [unannounced special over the PA system] from a major retailer but had to do a full clean and install to get around the issue. Price was good and I had the software downloaded using the Media Creation Tool process. Sometimes they are called Kiosk mode and have limited usability.

Luckily, it's not a setting that's easily stumbled upon and turned on by mistake.
