I have a Lenovo Yoga C930 and if I disable Modern Standby, my laptop don't turn on after sleep state !
Yes, I can see all the power plan on Power Options->Create a power plan, but I need to enable back Modern Standby in order to be able to use my laptop from sleep state when the lid was closed or device not touched for a few minutes !

Most modern devices with attached lids are made to shut off the display and with Phablet type devices, if you have Hibernate enabled, the device will go into a S4 state that does shutdown and saves current state, which causes headaches, due in part that Hibernate has never been perfected from the Alpha stage S0 state is something that also has not been perfected and is starting to become the norm on all devices.

You don't say how you disabled Modern standby. Perhaps you can perform the procedure in reverse / with opposite settings to re-enable it. But do note that MS have said

Thank you to everyone who tried to help me, I guess I didn't express well myself ... the idea is that I have no problem with the laptop now.
I just wanted to say that if I disabled Modern Standby ( into registry ) , my device is not able to wake up from sleep .... I did this only to be able to see all the Power plans into "Create a power plan" ... otherway with Modern Standby enabled, my device it's able to wake up from sleep, but there is only one plan named : "Balanced" on Power Options, or "Create a power plan" !
In other words I disabled Modern Standby for a while because I was wondered where are the other plans on Battery Options ...
