    Cant wake up from sleep


    I have a Dell Inspirion laptop 7373. Most of the time when it goes to sleep I can not wake it. The keyboard is lit, so I think its just the display that is not waking. I press the power key all the function buttons etc. Any help would be appreciated

    I tried a lot of suggestions on on the internet and on Dell forums, I updated bios, multiple times. This problem has been long term and its really frustrating

    W10 Pro 1903 18362.418

    Graphics is integrated Intel UHD 620

    I have tried disabling hibernation and also dism restorehealth, neither solved issue

    Install latest version of graphic controller driver to see it will resolve the problem.

    1) Please run the power troubleshooter and post the results into the thread:

    Take Screenshot in Windows 10

    2) Run these additional troubleshooters: keyboard, network, and bluetooth

    2) Make sure the BIOS is up to date:

    3) Run the Dell diagnostics full test > post images of the results
    Also post the text report

    4) Run component tests as needed > USB ports etc.
