    Auto Sleep not working

Well, since the update to 1909 my auto sleep doesn't work. The monitor goes to sleep at the right time but the computer stays on. I've set every combination for sleep times but, nothing works. Googled said problem and all of the suggestions are useless. Can't go back to 1903 as my backup drive no longer 1903 on it.

Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Try reinstalling the motherboard chipset drivers first.
If that doesnt work, look at resetting the BIOS. Or possibly BIOS updates.

Running 1302 Bios. Chipset inf has been reinstalled. nothing in the bios has changed since the update. It now appears that any time setting more than 2 mins auto sleep does not work. Yet the monitor shuts down no matter what time is set.

    Right,
What type of lead are you using for the monitor connection?

Could it possibly be a graphics driver issue? What graphics ya running? Onboard? CPU graphics? Graphics card?

Another thing to look at and configure, is the language and keyboard settings, in Control Panel. Make sure everything is setup for your Country and keyboard. This could effect hibernation and sleep settings so must be correct.

    Advanced settings
    Language preference options
    Date, Time and formats

Trying to think of anything else it could be

DP 1.4 to a Dell U2719D, Latest graphics driver for my 1070, this was happening with earlier drivers.

BIOS PCIe configuration and ASPM settings could be screwed up.
That would lead me to think Windows 10 hasnt installed a motherboard driver file correctly. Sorry if you have already gone through this but its all i can think of

You could try running the graphics card in another slot and see what happens. It might correct itself

Try to put it into sleep (manually)

I've seen couple of similar problems lately. most of them connected with media settings in power options.
Something is keeping audio stream alive..

Manual sleep works normally. My audio is via a DAC ( optical link) and is not switch on. Have now gone back to win version 18363.449, so will see if that has made a difference.

Edit: Having gone back to version 18363.449 sleep in auto is now working. So the update to 476 seamed to have caused the problem. Why I know not, so this thread is now closed. Thanks everyone for your input.
