    I have observed it doesnt honour the menudelay tweak which might mean it has its own delay somewhere (seems to be 400ms), if that key was found and then set it very high such as 999999ms its effectively disabled.

    My own opinion is the behaviour feels scuffed and awkward. They left the tooltip which appears, fast but then moments later a big wide grey box appears thats way too wide for the descriptions.
