Windows search and office products now displaying on whole screen

I have a Fujitsu tablet running Windows 10 version 1903 that will work and then all of a sudden and will not display on the bottom half of the screen. Applications like Word and Outlook will display in the entire screen but the pages and words only appear on the top half of the screen. The windows search menu does the same thing as well. Sometimes a restart will fix it but sometimes it doesn't. It usually starts after using using the pen feature in Word. I don't even know where to begin on trouble shooting this. I have reloaded Windows and Office but it keeps happening.

If you've already 'Reset Windows 10' and nothing has changed the issue could be hardware related.

Maybe something wrong with display LCD panel, or the connecting wire which supplies power to the screen.

Bad stick of Ram? Hard to say for sure. Too many things to go wrong.

Try opening and closing the LCD panel several times to see if the issues appears while doing this.

Try shaking it, if something is loose and making a bad connection the issue may show up. Or 'gently' tap on it.

I googled Fujitsu Tablet repair there are several service centers in most states.

Be prepared to pay $200-$400 . If it's within warranty period , check on what is covered.

I don t think it is hardware related as this is the second computer this has happened on. I work at a K12 school and this is happening on teacher tablets.

Try toggling the touch keyboard on and off again.
