    Chaos after installing updates


    After installing updates recently, I find that if my computer is left and times out/goes to sleep, it can take upwards of 20 minutes to open up. I have been re-starting the computer with the reset button under the power switch Can anyone help please

    Try to turn off Fast startup. If you need it you can always turn it on afterwards

    Type in (admin) command prompt.
    powercfg -h off

Updates installing more than once

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I just realized that KB4023057 has installed itself 3 times--November and December, 2018, and January 2019. KB4100347 has installed twice: once on January 29 and again today. Why would that be?
