1 If the top row are Excel images then all I can see is that the Phase A & Phase B columns are right-justified but the Phase C column is centre-justified. I cannot see any problem so you'll have to explain just what is wrong.

2 If the second row are the 'cut' images you'll need to explain
    - what format the images are in
    - which application you are displaying the images in
    - whether you have tried to display them in other applications
    - whether you have checked the computer maker's website for updated display driver & updated bios. You might consider reinstalling the latest display driver even if it is the same version that you have now - this would bowl out the possibility that the dispay driver is corrupted.
[I can see the image problem. The particular pattern of the problem is very unusual - at an angle rather than up-down / left-right.]

3 Did you have problems posting those images? Posted images do not normally have those Attached thumbnails & Attached images labels. See How to Upload and Post Screenshots and Files - TenForumsTutorials

    Hi Try3
The first image are the macros buttons in an excel, like I describe before the problem to be both on the images and on the command buttons.
The image two and three, is a sign in outlook, but the same problem pass when I attach an image in an email, and the image is a jpg attached on the sign module.
I tried to reinstall the drivers, and installed also the HP support, but not finds any problem.
In the first time this problem showed up also in google chrome, on on all image and on the find bar appeared like an "X", my friend sorted this problem on google chrome, but the other he cant solved.
Thanks a lot for your help.

    Michele,

I have numbered all my points below. Please use my numbers in your reply because, otherwise, I think this discussion is going to get very confused [i.e. we will misunderstand each other].
Similarly, if you do not understand anything I have written, please say so & I can repeat it using different words [again, because I am worried that there is scope for misunderstandings].

    1 Excel issue
I cannot see any problem with the Excel command button labels other than that two are right-aligned and one is centre-aligned.
1.1 Is there another problem that I am not noticing or is it just the text aligment on the command buttons that is incorrect?
1.2 You can right-click on each command button, select Format control, Alignment tab then set the Text alignment [Horizontal, Vertical] to Center or anything else you want. Does this correct things for you?

    2 Images issue
I am not at all sure what is causing this problem. I have not seen image corruption like this.
Can I check my understanding please?
2.1 If you have an image file on your computer, you can display it [in Paint or another graphics application] and it displays correctly,
2.2 but, if you attach it to an email, that strange corruption pattern appears?
2.3 and, when you refer to emails, you are talking about an email account that you are accessing online using your browser [rather than an email client such as MS Office Outlook, Thunderbird, ...]?
2.4 and, when you are just using your browser to look at webpages such as this one, images are displayed correctly?
2.5 I do not understand what you mean by "find bar appeared like an "X", my friend sorted this problem on google chrome, but the other he cant solved". I do not use Chrome. I use IE & Firefox. Can you post a screenshot of "find bar appeared like an "X""?

    1• Excel issue
The problem is not the aligned, also before the text is aligned, I don't know why you said that is not aligned.
If you check the button is that grey, and normally is rectangular, but on my laptop I see it cut in this sense ""

    2 Images issue
If I open the image like an other program ( Paint or other ) the image is displays correctly, this problem only pass when I open this image with on office program ( sorry for not clarify before ), in summary Outlook word or excel.
I attached for you another image take in an email. I want specify you that who received my email see the image normally.
In the first image you can see the complete image, and in the second you can see the image when I attach it in a mail.Images and commands cut transversally-image-complete.pngImages and commands cut transversally-image-crashed.png

It appears to me that this could be caused by Intel DCH display driver version 26.20.100.7157 delivered via HP Support Assistant:

Windows 10 v1903 and Intel driver glitch causes display issues

If so, the resolution is to update to version 26.20.100.7212 :

Now you have said it again, I can see the problem. Despite the number of times I have looked at that diagram, I had not spotted that the background has the same slanting fault as your other images.

Guys, I show you the display drivers installed on my Laptop, I tried to update but the system indicated that this are the latest version.Images and commands cut transversally-driver-installed.png

I tried to disable the Nvidia Driver, and have not change, but when I tried to disable Intel driver the problem was solved, but without the Intel driver I can't use the second display connected with HDMI, because the system indicate that the driver are not installed.
Now I believe that the problem is the driver Intel, and I have two questions, the first is, is normal that I have two different drivers on my Laptop? The second is, is possible that a old version work correctly? what version I can try?

1 Having two display drivers is normal because your computer has two display cards.
2 Double-click on the Intel entry in Device manager then select the driver tab and post your driver version.
3 Go to your computer maker's website and get their latest Intel display driver - and post its version here
4 You will probably only ever need your nVidia display card for running games. Look in Control panal, nVidia control panel to make sure that you are not forcing its use in an unintended way [I just leave mine alone and have not set any of its options].
5 Post a screenshot of the HDMI monitor report about drivers.
