So the driver version 26.20.100.7157** dated 23 August 2019 you have installed is the version supplied by HP? I thought you said you got it from Intel directly.

If the Device manager, Display adapters, Intel UHD 620, Driver tab had an active Roll back driver button then you could just click on that to install the previous driver instead. But on this occasion that does not seem to be available to you.

Go back to HP and get the previous version of the driver - the one you had before the problem appeared. Install that instead and don't bother updating it again until the 23 August 2019 one is replaced.
    - One of your diagrams indicates that HP use their own version numbers and you don't see the actual driver version & date until after you have finished installing.
    - This is not unique and is definitely not user-friendly.
    - You'll probably have to select one based on its date being before 23 August without even knowing what version number it will display when you have finished.

Take your computer to a computer technical shop or get a computer technician in to resolve the problem for you.

Please screenshot what drivers HP offers for your display cards .

State whether or not you have tried re-downloading & re-installing these drivers. State exactly what happened when you tried.
    - Do not make any vague stateemnts such as, "Yes, about 20 times, but always not work"

We find the problem, that is the Drive Intel, Only I don't understood why HP not produced a new version of this driver for resolve this problem. Is very strange. I hope only is a temporary problem, and HP send an update for solve this.
Thanks guys for your help, I'll proceed to close this topic.
