Local Launch permission for the COM Server application with CLSID

My event viewer is full of repeating warnings. Does anybody have an idea how to resolve these?

My system: (Brand new):
Monitor: Acer Nitro XV272UP
Motherboard: Asus TUF x570 plus with Wi Fi updated to newest bios 1.2
CPU: Ryzen 3700X
GPU: Sapphire Pulse 5700 XT (19.9.2 - Recommended version)
PSU: Corsair RMx 650 W
Windows 10 (up to date)

1. IThe application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Launch permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
Windows.SecurityCenter.SecurityAppBroker
and APPID
Unavailable
to the user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM SID (S-1-5-18) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool

1. Please type Regedit into Start Menu.
2. Go to HKEY_Classes_Root\CLSID\*CLSID*.

Note: *CLSID* stand for the ID that appears in your event viewer error. In your case, it's {2593F8B9-4EAF-457C-B68A-50F6B8EA6B54}.

3. Right click on it then select Permission.
4. Click Advance and change the owner to Administrators. Also click the box that will appear below the owner line.
5. Click Apply and grant full control to Administrators.
6. Close the tab then go to HKEY_Local_Machine\Software\Classes\AppID\*APPID*.

Note: *AppID* is the ID that appears in your event viewer. In your case it's {15C20B67-12E7-4BB6-92BB-7AFF07997402}.

7. Right click on it then select Permission.
8. Click Advance and change the owner to Administrators.
9. Click the box that will appear below the owner line.
10. Click Apply and grant full control to Administrators.
11. Close all tabs and go to Control Panel --> Administrative Tools.
12. Open Component Services.
13. Click Computer, click My computer, then click DCOM Config.
14. Look for the corresponding service that appears on the error viewer.

Note: For this step, look for the one that appeared at the right panel of the RegEdit. For example, the AppID {4839DDB7-58C2-48F5-8283-E1D1807D0D7D} registry key contains the "ShellServiceHost" data with a (Default) as a value name. Now look for "ShellServiceHost".

15. Right click on it then click Properties.
16. Click Security tab then click Customize in the Launch and Activation permissions section. Click Edit. Click Add. Add a Local Service. Then Apply.
17. Tick the Local Activation box.

1. can't change the owner / give full control because I get the following error


2. What is the box called bellow the owner line?

EDIT: Forgot to mention that I did open regedit as administrator

Have you changed the ownership of the registry key.

Now I gave the ownership to Administrators but I don't know which box I should tick. Every time I do something there are additional windows popping up.

I found the DCOM config in question but I can't change it. I'm getting this message:

Well, short answer is maybe.

Long answer is that I've installed new windows on a brand new PC that I've built for myself 2-3 days ago. Since day one I've had these black screens where my monitor isn't getting any signal but my PC is still running. I tried updating all drivers, ran all sorts of stress tests (GPU, CPU, memory) but nothing worked.

Then I went to event viewer and there are just errors and some of them are even critical. Almost all of them have to do with some drivers or applications. I'm trying to resolve as many as possible to prevent these frustrating crashes.
Some errors had to do with ASUS Aura so I deleted the aura. Some have to do with AMD drivers or network drivers and I manually installed the newest ones but the errors keep coming

Errors that I posted here are the ones that are happening the most and the when I start my PC it takes waaay longer than I should for a NVME SSD. First thing after booting that I see in the event viewer are those errors that I posted here.

I have no idea what to do except to try to resolve as many as possible but this is not my area of expertise

I think problem is faulty hardware if you have clean installed Windows 10. If you can connect monitor to motherboard video port to see it will resolve the problem.

I will try that. The problem is I can't provoke the crash because it happens randomly. I also did a S.M.A.R.T. on my SSD and it came back good. Note that all the components that I have are brand new. I read that 5700 xt GPU had serious launch issues with drivers this summer and ASUS motherboard is also a new release.

So do you believe it is the GPU or the SSD?

I wanted to do automatic repair in windows but I couldn't. It said "access denied". Maybe there is something wrong with my windows as well. Should I try another clean install?
