sticky keys weird behavior

I have an ASUS Rog gamer running windows 10. When sticky keys are turned on weird behavior happens when certain letters are chosen. The letter f often causes the feedback window to open. However, in word the find search of opens. The letter r often causes them run window to open, w in a window search often results in the window closing; in chrome the browser closes. Whenever one of these events occurs sticky keys turns off. Other letters cause problems: c, d, e, s, …

Sticky keys allows you to construct key combination shortcut by pressing one key at a time. The F key should open the Feedback Hub, but only if you pressed the Windows key immediately before pressing F so you ended up using the shortcut +F.

I am not sure what you are suggesting. I have been using sticky keys for years. I am not pressing the Windows key when I type an F. This Behavior started a few months ago after a Windows update.

If that was the case then when sticky keys is turned off then the problem would continue. But that is not what is happening. None of the keys is stuck.
