When i press the start button of my compu , it takes between 20 and 30 minutes before the start screen from windows is appearing, and until that moment , i only see the black screen...
What could be the reason for this great time lap between pressing start button compu and appearing the startscreen from windows?
@dalchina I think OP problem is with slow boot time.
OP perform a clean boot state to find out if any one of the startup programs or services causing the slow boot problem.

Analysing the boot time is possible in detail but is technical. You can use this:
Download and Install Windows Performance Toolkit in Windows 10
which gives a detailed graphical representation.

Before doing this, first perform a couple of basic checks:
a. Check your disk e.g.
HD Tune (free), Health and Error scan tabs
b. If ok, from an admin command or Powershell prompt run
chkdsk c: /scan
and post the summary results
Do you have any strange behavior after boot?
When it takes that long to boot is normally a disk issue. As suggested, do a disk check. Pay attention on the results, specially bad blocks, bad clusters, bad sectors....
