am running version 1903 and in the clipboard manager i seem to have lost the option to pin clips if i press on the three dots all i get is delete or clear no option to pin.
it was working ok before but the last couple of days it has started playing up

I have the latest 1903 18362.418 and clipboard appears to be working, so perhaps not broken by an update, for example.
It's not an app you can re-register.
First check your clipboard history is on:
Turn On or Off Clipboard History in Windows 10
(Note- there are several linked tutorials).
