keeping a laptop clean is very tough because no matter what you do the laptop will become dusty after a few days. just do what you can to remove all the smudges and after that dont focus too much on cleaning it and clean it once a week and remove the dust

A waste of money? Yes. The shop doesn't have any magic powers and isn't going to do anything you can't do yourself just as well.
Of course, if you are overwrought and fearful about doing it yourself, then by all means turn it over to a shop and make the assumption they are going to spend more than 60 seconds on the job.

Finding a competent shop should be your number 1 priority for all of your various threads on this forum.
The shop you have been using apparently knows little beyond "the basics" (by your own admission on other threads) and nothing at all about imaging.
Since you apparently cannot afford to be without this laptop due to online poker playing, a clean install is out of the question. Which means you are forced to imaging.
And it doesn't look like you will ever attempt imaging yourself-----and instead will go to a shop. You've made several false starts with Macrium, but nothing ever happens. If you made an image, I can't imagine you would have any confidence that it was done correctly and would restore. Nothing but more anxiety.
You are the only one who can find a competent shop at your specific location. If you can't or won't find one, I just see more wheel-spinning and no progress.
