    Installing update cab file

    Hello,
I am trying to install an update in .cab format, "KB4519337". Searched the net how to install such update, and whatever I did,
the answer was an error "could not find or open the file".
Renamed the file's name to be a short name, copies it to C folder, always could not find or open the file.
Here is the command line I used: (the file is in C: folder) DISM.exe /Online /Add-Package /PackagePath:"C:\kb4519337.cab".
Attached screenshot (error to update.jpg) and the Dism log file.
    Answers will be appreciated
    Thanks

This security update makes improvements to ease the installation experience when updating to Windows 10, version 1809.
Your specs say you already have 1809....???

Hello and thanks for the answer.
Indeed my system is now 1809, but why MS issues this update for this version on the updates catalog - I "took" it from there.
    Attached catalog's screenshot.
    Thanks again for the answer.

Hi, first, stick with Windows Update - and if you want more, the News articles here- an article per update per build.
Why go looking for updates like that?

Second, it seems irelevant to your system.

Third, cab files are basically compressed- like zips or rars.
