    I use " Unlocker" , its in my contextmenu also , works perfect ( though its an old program )..........it never failed to delete the file(s) !

    I'll chime in with my 2 centavos worth, I use a Linux Mint LiveDVD for such issues. Once booted to it there is an feature useful for creating a Bootable Linux Mint USB Thumb drive. There's a number of "flavors" of linux available.

I have a folder on my D-drive that for the life of me, I cannot get it to delete. I even went to safe mode and tried to delete it. Here is what I see when try to open the folder: 306352 Here is what I see when I try to delete it: 306353
Hi, Macrium takes up 162MB in my Program Files folder, yet I have the above mentioned folder in the downloads folder. What is it, and can it be safely deleted? I am a bit puzzled. :confused:

When I right click on a folder I see "open" but I don't see any "take ownership" menu. Don Cole
So I basically delete a folder, on my Disk D, and it doesn't vanish, it stays there empty and when I click on it, it says "Folder not accessible access is denied". It's driving me crazy cause sometimes even a explorer.exe restart won't fix....
