How do I keep Win 10 from scattering my desktop shortcuts....

    I really didn't pay it too much attention but I get it. Anyway I'll stick with TranslucentTB. Doesn't have the centering aspect but I'm not sure I would use it anyway.

    You're welcome. For some reason the centering app didn't look good on my laptop. The horizontal there wasn't wide enough. It made things look tight. The pic is from my desktop.
